WEEK 2: THE PROGRESS OF WORK

1. 1000 words about a person

After the last commentary, I analyzed a few questions to interview the girl, who came from different stages. I think about the problems faced in the early stage, the challenges encountered in the mid-term development, and the vision and direction in the later stage. I hope that through this layering, I can have a deeper understanding of her, and record it in words and photos to explain her career process and experience one by one.

2. Everything about one thing (EAOT)

I have referred to interesting things about quick-cooking noodles, which are some people eat instant noodles uncooked as a snack and sprinkle the seasoning on top before taking a bite, the noodle length inside a packet is 51 meters, and also don’t talk while eating because it's considered respectful not to talk while eating noodles. In addition, I have also seen that many people on the Internet have various special ways to eat instant noodles to make it more advanced, like they made homemade ramen burger which is DIY by themselves to skip the overpriced restaurant versions, and the cottage pie instant noodles with hearty meat pie filling, which is the next level fusion comfort food. Also, the ways to upgrade when eating, we can add aromatics, sauce it up and use our own broth. Moreover, the fun facts are noodles have even made it to space and the Arabic handwriting looks like instant noodle. Furthermore, the hacks that will make it taste even better are replace the ramen flavor packet with miso paste, add fresh or frozen veggies to make a homemade ramen soup, Add butter, an egg and American cheese, and top off your ramen with dried seaweed for extra flavor and crunch, lastly substitute soy sauce to add the perfect amount of salty flavor.
