WEEK 9: PROGRESS OF PROJECT PROPOSAL

Independent Project

I created a gantt chart to give myself more direction in completing this project, and I detailed the tasks to be completed each week in order to complete the tasks on time.

Continuing the responses from the previous survey, I decided to focus on these three questions after sorting them out, because the responses are very different. Traditional ideas will have an impact on the design, and gender will have an impact on the company and the client. Attitudes and actions that should be implemented in order to achieve gender equality. Following that, I sorted out the methods they proposed, specifically how companies and women themselves can have the changes.

External brief Project

To give myself more direction in completing the project for competition, I created a Gantt chart, and I organize the tasks to be done each week in order to complete the tasks.

Because many fields of work face this problem, I decided to use the topic of "pay more attention to women's status in the workplace" not only in the field of design, but in all fields of work. Later, I'll use illustrations to express what changes the girls can make on their own, at work and at home, to achieve a work-family balance. They can, for example, share their feelings with family members for support, avoid bringing work home, allocate time appropriately, relax for themselves, learn to assign work, and choose companies that prioritize employee welfare.

My first idea is to present a clock design. It will depict what girls should do in private time, work time, and family time at each point in time, so that they have a direction to achieve work-life balance and no longer bear it because of a lot of stress, causing harm to the body.
