The results of the tests indicate that I am a visionary and imaginative individual. It's also an expressive and fun-to-share concept. Diplomacy comes naturally to me, and I enjoy assisting others in making connections. To the outside world, I am more introverted; I prefer to make decisions based on feelings; however, I will investigate my own decisions and will be agitated by my own choices and ideas. I believe the outcome is very representative of my personality. I enjoy assisting others and listening to their complaints, but I keep my inner world hidden from the outside world. Only close friends and family members can truly comprehend and walk into me.

It also looked at my advantages and disadvantages. The advantages are sensitive (considerate and kind, despise the idea of hurting others), generous (satisfy the world, contribute), open-minded (sympathetic, suitable for a confidant), enthusiasm (go all out for unexpected ideas), idealism (follow conscience, do what is right, and have clear goals). Then, the disadvantages are unrealistic (when reality inevitably fails to realize the dream, will be disappointed), self-isolation (eager to establish contact with others, but do not always know how to do so, and they may feel lonely or isolated at times), inattention (when get caught up in various thoughts and ideals and are unable to take action, will face difficulties), vulnerable to emotional harm (this is a benefit, but it may led to absorb other people's negative emotions or attitudes), self-critical (have unrealistic expectations of themselves, if cannot realize their vision, may feel uselessness). For these two aspects, my plan is to try to balance the disadvantages with the benefits, to use sensibility to influence the people around me, and then to learn how to deal with life and difficult problems using the rationality of others.

I have high hopes for the romantic world in terms of interpersonal relationships. I believe that when two people are in a relationship, they can make each other better and happier than they were before. I'll tell myself what love "should" look like using positive thinking and imagination. When I meet a new person, I can't help to compare them with my ideal soul mate. Believe that true love requires not only magic, but also compromise, understanding, and hard work. Furthermore, the effort required to build relationships can provide a lot of happiness. Not only that, but I also fantasize about how I can better myself and the world around me. I can discover the true meaning of love and being loved by devoting my heart and soul to interpersonal relationships. I can no longer agree with this explanation because I trust that two people can become excellent together, and I will imagine what my ideal beau would be like, and I believe that a good relationship must be maintained. I want to change the world by myself, and I'll do everything I can to make that happen.

Longing for alone time and friendship, but also vulnerable to loneliness. Desire to be accepted and liked, but despise pretending to be someone other than myself. Furthermore, despite wanting to attract others' attention, but does not want to be seen. Spending time with a small, close group of friends makes me feel fulfilled. People who are looking for and eager to share deep thoughts and feelings, do the right thing, and contribute more to the world in order to form lasting and genuine friendships are also included. True friendship, not just shared experiences, I believe, is built on shared values. Can withdraw from close friends in order to reconnect with oneself and regain energy, ensuring that their friends are not left out by their absence. Even if it is completely reliant on oneself, it always maintains a strong bond with friends. In this regard, I enjoy spending time with friends as well as spending time alone. In my circle of friends, I want to be followed. In addition, I'd like to be acknowledged and supported.

In terms of work, do what I really want to do every day, and don't like to put myself under too much stress or drama. It may be difficult to find a job that meets my actual needs and allows me to realize my dreams, and may feel trapped or fear that I will not be able to achieve my full potential. In almost any field of work, creativity, independence, and realizing a sincere desire through connecting and helping others can help me shine and find a sense of accomplishment. When pursuing a sense of mission at work, I hope to feel that my work is helping others, and that I can persevere and overcome any challenges. Work habits are usually loyal, upbeat, and considerate. Positive feedback and praise can make me happy, while criticism can make me fail and become stressed. However, it may be procrastinating, jumping from one idea to the next instead of settling down and completing tasks on the to-do list. Emphasize equality and fairness, and feel suffocated in the workplace by the hierarchical system. Pleasant and friendly, dislikes conflict, and tries to act in a way that promotes cooperation and harmony. When someone requires assistance, I frequently step in without praise or approval. Rather than telling employees what practices and methods to use, support them as a responsibility. However, this may cause the team to slow down and become overly stressed. I hope to be able to listen to everyone's opinions and then produce a final product that will satisfy everyone, allowing everyone to work in a happy and comfortable environment and completing the work more efficiently.

Regarding self-assessment and evaluation, I believe I have a better understanding of myself, and I am better able to see my direction, identify areas where I need to improve, and build on my strengths.
