As we know, lots of the people eat bread as breakfast, because it's healthy and contains complex carbohydrates providing energy for the day, it's also contains fibers that fills your stomach and intestines, reducing hunger, some micro-elements, minerals and vitamins.

In this semester, we are going to discuss and find out more about bread in the lessons. The first lesson after the long sem-break, we were briefed on our course structure and the project we have to do throughout the whole semester. In the first class, we did the concept map that based on different continents as Europe, Asia, America, Africa and Australasia. We were separated in a group of three and my group-mate chose Africa. We came out the idea with the research that we asked to find before the class started. There are a few content that we included in our map which are the history, economy, social, politic, culture, recipe, jokes and fun facts. We know nothing about Africa but only their hunger and poverty problems. It doesn't mention a specific era or time on when did breads actually started in Africa on internet, but we know that the making of bread started before the beginning of the settled agriculture.

After all, we pasted our maps on the board and had the explain session then only connected the similarities between the different continents.
